Nuremberg – Erfurt : Bundling of construction work
The line between Nuremberg and Erfurt has to be completely closed due to construction work on the Nuremberg - Ebensfeld section.

The effects at a glance
- Hourly instead of half-hourly ICE connections Munich – Erfurt – Berlin
- Trains will be rerouted between Nuremberg and Erfurt
- Journey times will be extended by up to 100 minutes
- All long-distance stops in Erlangen, Bamberg and Coburg will be cancelled
- All long-distance stops on the Saalbahn (Nuremberg – Jena – Leipzig) will be cancelled
