1. Scope and Provider
These terms and conditions govern the redemption of promotional vouchers from the “CALLABIKE20” welcome campaign (hereinafter referred to as “voucher”) for mobility services offered by Deutsche Bahn Connect GmbH, which are booked in the DB Navigator. The provider of the vouchers is DB Fernverkehr AG, Europa-Allee 78-84, 60486 Frankfurt am Main.
2. Promotional Period
The voucher campaign starts on 18 August 2026. The voucher is valid from activation until 31 October 2026. After this period, the voucher expires without replacement.
3. Eligible Users
The voucher can be used by any person who has an active private DB customer account, in which data release for “sharing services” has been granted and a valid payment method for booking sharing services has been registered.
4. Redemption
The voucher can only be redeemed in the DB Navigator for booking mobility services by Deutsche Bahn Connect GmbH. Redemption via other applications or platforms, as well as redemption for products and offers from Deutsche Bahn AG or its affiliated companies, is not possible. Only one voucher can be redeemed per booking of mobility services by Deutsche Bahn Connect GmbH. This voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers, BahnBonus rewards, or promotions from Deutsche Bahn.
5. Discount
The “CALLABIKE20” voucher grants a 20% (twenty percent) discount on the fare—which consists of the activation fee and minute price—for all bookings of mobility services by Deutsche Bahn Connect GmbH within Germany made in the DB Navigator during the promotional period. The discount does not apply to any additional costs or fees arising from the use of mobility services by Deutsche Bahn Connect GmbH, such as service fees or fines. After the first redemption of the voucher, the discount is granted for an unlimited number of bookings of mobility services by Deutsche Bahn Connect GmbH within the promotional period.
6. Misuse and Exclusion
If misuse is suspected or in the event of violations of these terms and conditions, the provider reserves the right to block the voucher in the DB customer account or to refuse redemption.
7. Amendments to the Campaign
The provider reserves the right to change these terms and conditions with effect for the future if there are valid reasons to do so, for example, if disruptions occur that may significantly affect the voucher campaign, insofar as the change is reasonable for users after appropriate consideration of their interests. The provider will inform persons who have a corresponding voucher stored in their DB customer account of any changes in advance. If these persons do not agree with the changes, they may delete their voucher from the DB customer account. In this case, use of the discount is no longer possible.
