Payment methods

You can use the following payment methods to pay our website or in the app: PayPal, giropay, direct debit, Apple Pay and credit card.

  • Debit from your payment method stored with PayPal

  • Pay online straight from your bank account

  • A service of Germany's banks

  • Payment with user name and password or by online transfer using online banking access data

Direct debit

  • SEPA direct debit scheme standardised throughout Europe

  • The registered office of your specified bank must be in the SEPA area

  • You must have entered your SEPA direct debit data in your customer account and be logged in when booking.

  • Debit from the specified bank account

Apple Pay

  • Payment via Apple Pay requires an Apple device, an Apple ID and a debit or credit card
  • Save your payment details in the wallet app
  • Confirm payment via fingerprint or Touch ID/Face ID

Credit card

  • Pay with American Express, Diners Club, Mastercard or Visa

  • Secure payment through the highest security standard for online payment by credit card. If required, your credit card proider will promt you to perform a customer authentication.

  • Your credit card will be charged immediately after you complete the booking process.
