Payment methods

You can use the following payment methods to pay our website or in the app: PayPal, direct debit, Apple Pay, Bonvoyo and credit card.

PayPal

Automatic forwarding to PayPal: log in with your PayPal login data
Debit from your payment method stored with PayPal

giropay

Giropay will discontinue its service this year.

Giropay is therefore no longer available as a payment method.

Direct debit

SEPA direct debit scheme standardised throughout Europe
The registered office of your specified bank must be in the SEPA area
You must have entered your SEPA direct debit data in your customer account and be logged in when booking.

Apple Pay

Payment via Apple Pay requires an Apple device, an Apple ID and a debit or credit card
Save your payment details in the wallet app
Confirm payment via fingerprint or Touch ID/Face ID

Credit card

Pay with American Express, Diners Club, Mastercard or Visa
Secure payment through the highest security standard for online payment by credit card. If required, your credit card proider will promt you to perform a customer authentication.
Your credit card will be charged immediately after you complete the booking process.

Bonvoyo

Payment with login and your login data for Bonvoyo
Debited from your Bonvoyo mobility budget
