Within the scope of the special goodwill regarding the recent heat situation, you still have the opportunity to submit your cancellation retrospectively using a form. This is possible until and including 15 July 2026; afterwards, the form will no longer be accessible.

The refund will be made to the account or payment method specified at the time of booking.
Please note: Partial cancellations of digital tickets are not possible. The ticket specified in the form will be cancelled in full. Any partial routes, such as a return journey outside the above-mentioned travel period, will also be cancelled and are then no longer usable.
