Your refund options

  1. Your chosen train was delayed by more than 60 minutes or even cancelled completely? Then the statutory passenger rights apply. In this case, please apply for compensation using the form linked here.
     
  2. Delay of less than 60 minutes: Use the following goodwill form for online or mobile phone tickets booked on bahn.de or in the DB Navigator app to get your tickets refunded free of charge. Please complete a new form for each order number.
     
  3. If you bought your ticket at a DB Reisezentrum (DB Travel Centre), DB agency or DB ticket machine, a refund is available only from your travel centre or agency.
