Redeem voucher in 3 steps

- Enter voucher code during payment and save
Vouchers from marketing campaigns - what you need to know:
- We refer to vouchers from marketing campaigns as promotional vouchers
- The promotional voucher has a 16-digit code
- Additional redemption conditions possible, e.g. minimum order value
- Exchanges, refunds and cash payments are excluded
Cancellation voucher, goodwill voucher, passenger rights voucher, residual value voucher, gift voucher or gift card - here's what you need to know:
- Cancellation vouchers, goodwill vouchers, passenger rights vouchers, residual value vouchers and gift vouchers can be redeemed on our website, in the DB Navigator app, in the Travel Centre and at ticket machines
- The DB Gift Card can only be redeemed on our website and in the DB Navigator
- 7-digit code
- The vouchers are taken into account when exchanging or refunding the ticket. If the value of the voucher is higher than the value of the offer, you will receive a residual value voucher for the difference
