Monthly number of active users
In accordance with Article 24(2) of the Digital Services Act, we provide information on the average number of monthly active users of our DB Navigator app:
In the last six months, the DB Navigator app recorded an average of 23.7 million active users per month.
The term "monthly active users" refers to all unique users (counted only once) who have visited the app over a certain period (in this case a month). This figure includes both registered and unregistered users and is based on internal measurements carried out using industry-standard methods.
Transparency report
In accordance with the requirements of the Digital Services Act, we publish an annual transparency report.
Transparency report in accordance with Articles 15 and 24 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 for the DB Navigator service.
