How to cancel on the bahn.business portal (CLASSIC and SMART)

  • Online tickets that are no longer required can be conveniently edited and, if necessary, cancelled on the business customer portal under "My Bookings".
  • Persons who normally book tickets for others can search for travellers in the "Manage Travellers" section and edit and cancel their tickets by accessing their orders.
  • You can find and cancel DB tickets booked by colleagues, e.g. self-bookers using the "Order Search" feature. To do this, you need the traveller's order number and last name.
