The purchase of a BahnCard is only possible with a customer account on bahn.de. A valid, personal e-mail address is required to create a customer account. To be able to use the digital BahnCard, you also need the customer account with which you can log in to the DB Navigator app. In the DB Navigator app, the digital BahnCard is stored directly in the customer account and can be accessed when logged in.
