If your Deutschlandticket has been cancelled by the transport company, you have several options, which may vary in terms of time.

Before 31.12.2024

You can easily "reactivate" your travelcard. To do this, select the menu item "Reactivate season ticket" in the subscription portal or in the DB Navigator. This function is only available until the entered cancellation date of 31 December 2024. Until then, your travelcard has the status "Cancellation initiated". If you reactivate your travelcard, we will renew your Deutschlandticket travelcard at the new conditions, i.e. in particular at the new price.

After 31.12.2024

If you would like to have a new Deutschlandticket subscription again in January 2025 and your previous subscription has been cancelled, please take out a new Deutschlandticket subscription at the new price of 58 euros per month.

Important: If you travel without a valid ticket from January 2025 and are checked, an penalty fare of at least 60 euros must be paid. Please make sure you have a valid ticket before starting your journey to avoid any additional costs in case of a ticket inspection.
