What happens to my Deutschlandticket if I do not agree to the price change?

If you do not agree to the price increase or do not respond by the deadline, we will unfortunately have to cancel your Deutschlandticket subscription with effect from December 31, 2024. You do not need to do anything else.
If you have missed the deadline (November 30, 2024) or would like to continue your subscription, select "Abo reaktivieren" (Reactivate subscription) in the Aboportal or DB Navigator menu.

This option is only available until the cancellation date of December 31, 2024. Until then, your subscription has the status "Kündigung eingeleitet" (Cancellation pending). If you reactivate your subscription, we will renew your Deutschlandticket at the new conditions.
