If you do not agree to the price increase or do not cancel by the deadline, we will unfortunately have to cancel your Deutschlandticket subscription with effect from 31 December 2024. You do not need to do anything else, your Deutschlandticket season ticket will end at the end of 2024 and there will be no costs for you. Please note that you will no longer be able to wear your Deutschlandticket from 1 January 2025.

If you have missed the deadline of 30 November 2024 or would like to continue your subscription after all, select the "Reactivate subscription" menu item in the subscription portal or DB Navigator. This function is only active until the entered cancellation date of 31 December 2024. Until then, your travelcard has the status "Cancellation initiated". If you reactivate your travelcard, we will renew your Deutschlandticket travelcard at the new conditions, i.e. in particular at the new price.

Important: If you travel without a valid ticket from January 2025 and are checked, an penalty fare of at least 60 euros must be paid. Please make sure you have a valid ticket before starting your journey to avoid any additional costs in case of a ticket inspection.
