Can I cancel individual passengers from the group saver fare ticket?

Yes, up to 30 days before the day of travel, you can either cancel the journey completely or reduce the number of people travelling, both free of charge. After this time, and up to one day before departure, you can claim a refund for the entire group journey at a cost of EUR 10 per cancelled person and per booking.
