My Deutschland-Ticket has been cancelled. What can I do if I want to continue using the offer in 2026?

If your Deutschland-Ticket has been cancelled, you have several options.

1. Before 31 December 2025
You can easily reactivate your subscription. To do this, select the menu item "Reactivate subscription" in the "Aboportal" or in the DB Navigator app. This option is only available until the entered termination date of 31 December 2025. During this period, the status of your subscription will be "cancellation initiated". If you reactivate your subscription, we will renew your Deutschland-Ticket at the new conditions, i.e. in particular at the new price.

2. After 31 December 2025
If you would like a new Deutschland-Ticket in January 2026 and your current subscription has been cancelled, please order a new Deutschland-Ticket subscription at the new price of EUR 63 per month.

Please note: From January 2026, if a ticket inspector finds you to be travelling without a valid ticket, you will have to pay a penalty fare of at least EUR 60. Please ensure that you have a valid ticket before you start your journey so that you do not incur any additional costs during ticket inspection.
