Where can I redeem a DB gift voucher?

You can redeem DB gift vouchers:

  • On bahn.de
  • In the DB Navigator app
  • At a DB Travel Centre
  • At a DB agency

Return/cancellation

You can cancel your contractual declaration in writing (e.g. by letter or e-mail) within two weeks without giving reasons. This period begins after receipt of this instruction in writing, but not before you receive the product. Timely sending of the cancellation is sufficient to comply with the cancellation period.
