I would like to book a bike or scooter directly via the DB Navigator app, but my voucher code is not accepted. What can I do?
Please check whether the voucher code is still valid and whether you have entered the code correctly. Please note that only voucher codes issued by DB specifically for sharing services can be redeemed.
Other voucher codes, e.g. from the sharing providers themselves, which were not issued in cooperation with DB, cannot be redeemed in the DB Navigator app.
If you still have problems entering the voucher code despite checking, please contact DB Customer Service.
