I have booked a journey on int.bahn.de and received, in addition to my DB ticket, a ticket from another railway (e.g. SBB). I would now like to cancel the trip. What do I have to consider?

You can cancel each ticket individually in accordance with the fare regulations. To do this, call up your booking under "My trips". The cancellation options you have for each individual ticket are displayed under "Cancel". Please note: If you wish to cancel your trip completely, you may have to go through the cancellation process several times in order to cancel all tickets in accordance with the respective fare regulations.
