I booked a bike or scooter directly in the DB Navigator app. Why is this ride not displayed in the "Journeys" section after I have ended the rental?

Completed rentals of bikes and scooters that you have booked directly via the DB Navigator app are not displayed in the "Journeys" section. You will receive an invoice via email after each rental. If you have not received an invoice by email after  the rental, please contact the DB customer service.
