How can I cancel the trial BahnCard 25?

You can cancel your trial BahnCard 25 up to four weeks before the end of the validity period.

Simply use your customer account:

  1. Log in to your customer account via website.
  2. Under "BahnCard" and "Options" you can find out whether you can cancel.
  3. If cancellation is possible, confirm by clicking "Cancel BahnCard".
