I have a Deutschlandsemesterticket. Do I need to take any action?

The price of the Deutschlandsemesterticket is influenced by the pricing of the Deutschland-Ticket. The increase in the price of the Deutschland-Ticket will not affect your Deutschlandsemesterticket in the winter semester 2025/2026. Therefore, your agreement is not required.

Please note that from 1 July 2026, the new price will take effect in accordance with the applicable tariff regulations and will be implemented by the universities / general students' committees as per the applicable regulations. This means that the ticket is provided at the new discounted price for a full semester from 1 July 2025. The resulting semester fee for the current semester will be communicated and charged by the universities / general students' committees in advance.
