No, last-minute super saver fare tickets cannot be exchanged or cancelled.

Irrespective of the fare offer conditions, tickets booked on bahn.de or in the DB Navigator app can be cancelled free of charge before the first day of validity within 3 hours (180 minutes) of booking.

The amount paid will be refunded in full.
