Yes, you can cancel the ticket free of charge up to and including the day of validity for the outward journey. It is not possible to rebook the ticket.

You can also cancel the ticket up to six months after the day of validity for the outward journey for a fee of EUR 19.

For bookings before 15 December 2024:

If you do not use the ticket, you can cancel the ticket up to six months after the day of validity for the outward journey for a fee of EUR 19.

For bookings after 15 December 2024:

If you do not use the ticket, you can cancel the ticket up to six months after the day of validity for the outward journey for a fee of EUR 30.
